First time customer and would definitely come back. I booked online. Vera did my grey roots cover and I was so happy with the result. It’s a lovely atmosphere, yummy snacks. Vera and Lisa ( owner) were professional, warm and friendly. Vera was very experienced and I felt just great when I left. Hair soft and shiny. Highly recommend.

I've been going to House of York Hair Design for years now and I'm never disappointed walking out those doors. The whole atmosphere in there is amazing - it's warm, welcoming, friendly, and the conversations flow with ease. This is a place where the people doing your hair actually listen to what you want done, give you great advice to help you achieve your desired look, and help keep your hair healthy!❤️ All three ladies are fabulous at what they do and I've sat in the chair with each one of them throughout the years. I think my most memorable appointment was the 3 of them helping me to go lighter in hair colour from years of black box dye 😅 and they succeeded! They did it in a way that kept my hair healthy and achieved my desired look. I recently saw Emma who did an amazing colour and cut on my hair, and she gives the BEST scalp massages 🥰.
